The studio art program at Brandeis is quite highly regarded. Our daughter graduated in 2007 as a double major in studio art/art history and is completing her first year as a post-bac. She is deciding on whether to continue next year as a post-bac before going on to grad school. The faculty is great, the Rose Museum is outstanding and the visiting artists that visit the school for crits are top notch. Boston resources of course a major plus.

Thank you for responding! I'm actually graduating with a non-art bachelor's this year and am interested in applying specifically to the post-bacc program at Brandeis. So I'm very glad to meet you on this forum because it has been quite difficult trying to find resources about this subject online.

Did your daughter consider applying to a different post-bacc program, such as the one at SAIC or MICA?

Which grad schools might your daughter apply to, if you don't mind my asking?
