i hate to be so blunt -- but your son should be the one looking for a roommate. many students use facebook groups to get information about prospective roommates. he should look to see if brandeis has a group for new students where people are looking for roommates.
He tried on Facebook, and had one possibility, but it didn't work out. Since he doesn't visit this site he asked if I would help. I dont see anything wrong with that!!
