| The science courses are challenging, but definitely doable.
I personally didn't take Chemistry, but as a first-year, many students on the premed track take General Chemistry. It is very challenging, but if you put the work in, you can do well. My friend put in a lot of effort, and still received an A. They curve at the end of the semester (I think an 85 is an A). They also give you the opportunity to redeem lost points on the final exam.
There is so much help available to chemistry students. If you take advantage of what Brandeis offers you, you should do fine as long as you don't go into the class expect to sail through and still get an A. |
