(Actually, I am the brother of NewEngland8, but she gave me her password, so here I am.)

I visited Brandeis and liked what they have to offer. I am having a difficult time getting a handle on the soccer program. The admissions people didn't have much to say other than to contact the coach. Does anyone know if the players on the boys' team are all recruited or can a pretty good varsity high school player walk on? I would like to continue to play sports in college.

Is this lack of response an indication of Brandeis sports apathy?

I really don't know very much about Brandeis sports, but just from what I hear among friends, I have gathered that either way, there seems to be a very active intra-mural soccer population. There's also a soccer club (Club Center) and there's a soccer pe class offered every semester, I took one semester for my pe req. I think one girl I knew in the class was just taking it again for fun. Here is some contact info for the athletics department.
