I am primarily interested in Brandeis because of what I heard about its creative writing department. Can anyone tell me if it lives up to its reputation in this respect, compared to some good LACs? I am also applying to Amherst, Wesleyan and Trinity College.

Also, does Brandeis accept creative writing supplements? If so, how long should the sample be? I really can't find any information about supplementary application materials on the website.
