Accepted Student Visit Question

I'm an accepted student that's planning to re-visit campus next week because I'm busy on accepted students day. Does anyone have any recommendations about what I should do/where I should go/who I should talk to while on campus? Thanks!

What kinds of things are you interested in in terms of academics or extra-curriculars?

In addition to the standard tour and admissions presentation, I'd suggest that you:
1. Speak to as many students as you can.
2. Sit in on a class or two.
3. Eat in the dining halls.
4. Randomly visit the buildings you want to see that you did get to see on the tour, like the performing arts center, student gym/workout facility, buildings that house the discipline(s) you would like to study, ...
5. Speak to as many students as you can.

1. What day/time are you coming? That would help determine if there's anything going on that you should check out.
2. What are your interests, academically and extracurricular-wise?

3. The suggestion to go to the dining halls is a good one, but if you want to avoid the crowds and gross dining hall food you can also go to Einstein in Shapiro Campus Center (the green building), where you'll find a lot of students socializing and studying.
4. Ask the students in admissions a lot of questions - it's their job to talk to you!
5. Ask random students questions. They usually love talking about Brandeis.
6. Walk around the Castle. It's beautiful. If you somehow end up in North Quad (you probably won't), imagine it in the spring or fall - it's also beautiful. Nothing else on campus is terribly aesthetically pleasing.
7. Pick up any Brandeis student publications (The Justice, The Hoot, even The Blowfish).
