Chance?

Chance for Provo .....

Hispanic Male.
71/400 rank
3.3 uw 3.6 w
24 act ( take subject test also)
5 AP classes and the rest are mostly honors.
seminary 4 years
eagle scout
duty to god award.
den leader for cub scouts
varsity soccer
FBLA
Working experience
Poor
first generation
cello/piano
etc.


I'm going on my mission in about two months and will be applying once I return.



Please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve my chances.....if its not to late already.

I think you have a decent shot. If not fall, possibly summer. Alot of the freshmen up in the summer have relatively low ACT scores 22-25 range, relatively low GPAs, 3.1-3.5, and some how they got in. Of course, this is purely anecdotal, but I think with your mission, the ECs, BYU will fnd a place for you. good luck!
