Chem 33

Can anyone tell me more about this course? I heard that it was terrible, but all first years have to start off with it. Thanks!

All first years who are science majors have to take it. It's a prereq to orgo and other chem classes for sure, maybe some physics stuff too. If you had a good AP background, it should be the easiest class ever.

I heard from a former student that in order to get into Chem 33, all you have to do is take the placement test and it doesn't matter how well you actually do on the placement, as long as you are determined to take the class, you can. Is this true?
