Does anyone have experience with athletic recruitment @ Brown? Were you accepted/deferred/rejected?

It most likely depends how high you are on the coaches list of preferred candidates. It will also depend on your stats, application, and if you are as qualified as most candidates, or if you will need an extra push from the coach. I am pretty certain you can do a search on this topic and find all the answers you need. Good luck!

It goes on athletics ability; if you are good enough to go to a school with an athletic reputation tenfold that of brown. Almost thought of as giving brown a favour of your attendance in the school's athletic program as there ncaa ranking will be sure to increase with players like yourself on that team; the coach will have enough pull with admission academically to get you in given that you are not flat out dumb. An 80 average is enough in the situation, plut sats like in the 1800's... you never know though. But given, brown has the second most pull with admissions besides cornell in terms of getting athletes into teh school. But then again, who wants to go to cornell.
