tranferring to brown...do I stand a chance in hell?

I'm pre-med at SCSU in New Haven, CT. While in high school, I slacked big time, and as a result ended up here. Since at Southern, I have become the diligent student I once was. My GPA is around a 3.6, but hopefully will be around 3.7 when I apply. Due to being a pre-med, I have also shown much more of an interest in extra-curricular activities such as: volunteering at a hospital, spring break trips and builds with Habitat for Humanity, pre-health club, and might take an EMT-B course this summer. I don't know if it would have any bearing on my app, but I have also played the guitar for about 10 years. My SAT's are a little bit low, so I plan to study and retake them. So do I have any kind of chance? Also, what should be my target SAT score?
