If you apply the binomial distribution, the normal distribution or simple probability, the chances are always the total number of applicants in the denominator and one in the numerator..... irrespective of anything you do, even if you have given Obama advice!- Simple probability everyone!

Instead of calculating chances why not follow your passion and choose a college for YOU! and not choose what you love for your COLLEGE!
