i know this won't be a helpful response, but life at brown is what you make of it. i came in as premed and i *think* i still am. don't feel like you will need to study in advance. most students don't.
predent and premed are basically the same in terms of courses:
2 semesters of math, more specifically calculus (will take ap credit)
2 semesters of general chem (take chem33 and you should be fine)
2 semesters of organic chem (chem35/36 sequence)
1 semester of biochem (biol28, offered in the spring. need chem35 as prereq)
2 semesters of physics (typically phys3/4 but some students w/ physics background do 5/6)
orgo will be hard, there's really no two ways about it, but there's definitely a lot of resources (problem session, our tutoring servicE) chem33 shouldn't be bad, regardless of whatever level of chemistry have you had in your high school. (again, tutoring / p.sessions always available) all the other classes shouldn't be terribly difficult, although you should be prepared to work in order to do well.
