And it depends on the person. UPenn was too far from home for me, and I wasn't overly fond of Dartmouth after my visit, while Brown offered me a way to combine my major interests into one. It would help if we knew more about you, because Brown might not be right for you.
I know a large number of people who would be very unhappy at Brown. It depends on the person. Do some research - you don't have to take our word as truth. What's most important to you? If Brown has many of these qualities, yes you should pick Brown because you'll be happy. If not, choose somewhere else.
where ever makes you happy. It depends on how the school works around your personal interests. But I would pick brown. Dartmouth is way to stuffy for my tastes.
Edit: this of course being an arbitrary answer because the fact that you can give us three random yet all academically similar schools and say "pick" is stupid. how do you know you can even get into these schools at all?
