| Decision: REJECTED!!! Stats:- SAT: 1003 (old) 5oo V 600 M
- SAT IIs: Never took them, 14.7 ACT
- GPA: 1.342
- Rank: Well, yes i really liked the show, i dont know why they cancelled it.
- Other stats: 850+ volunteer hours junior and senior year. and a few sophmore year.
Subjective:- Essays: i wrote five, i thought they might like one of them
- Teacher Recs: my teachers play tennis and they golf. some like to paint and things, but why does that matter?
- Counselor Rec: he just likes to drive his Jag, and tell us about colleges and stuff.
- Hook (if any): no i dont fish
Location/Person:- State or Country: New Jersey
- School Type: Public, very competitive (we have the fastest runner in the state, and a good football team and stuff like that)
- Ethnicity: Yes, i llive in the city
- Gender: i dont believe in societies view of how people are split into just two groups...
Other Factors: General Comments: everyone said i was wasting my time... but i think i will be accepted when i apply in the RD round. Class of 2012... here i come! | |

- 32 ACT
- 3.9 UW, 4.3 W (School doesn't tell us rank)
- Strong, devoted to a few EC's
There are other factors but I should mention that for the past four years he has been living by himself without parents in California (Bay Area). He also had a spectacular interview, from what I remember. | |

I decided to wait for the letter and not call Brown because I thought if they said:" but we can tell you your decision: you have been officially rejected" I want some privacy to mourn. so I'm waiting for the letter.
I want to congrat each one of you who got accepted and tell the ones deferred to keep faith....cause I have a hunch I'll be deferred too. oh well.I'm still waiting. keep alive this thread so when I post someone will read my post...even if it's a rejection/deferral. | |
