I am an international student. My SAT scores are 2150 for SAT 1 and 2400(PCM) for SAT 2. My gpa is 3.8. I have won different quiz competitions,worked in school magazine and volunteered in rural school. What are my chances of getting into Brown?

Statistically, Brown admitted 9.6% last year. Given that International students face tougher competition, expect lower than that. But frankly, asking anyone for "chances" is a fruitless endeavor. If you are viable, you should apply. That simple.
