Getting into Brown w/ Math Studies.

Will taking Math Studies instead of Math SL/HL lower my chances of getting into Brown? Math Studies being the less rigorous math course offered in the IB? Even if I plan on taking 4 HLs including a science? I'm not exceptionally bad at maths, with a low 6 in Pre-IB?

Math studies is still SL.

It's just going to look like math(s) is not your strongest suit. If you're going to take 4 highers, I don't think anyone's going to accuse you of a lack of rigor.
