IB, in the United States. Anyway, you're more than qualified. You stand as good a chance as anyone else. Apply and let it go.

You're more than qualified. Your writing score is a bit low, but as a Turkish student I'm sure they'll forgive that.

Pros:
Amazing ECs and everything else!

Cons:
~New Jersey is over-represented in the Brown applicant pool, though there's not really anything you can do about that.
~Aforementioned writing score and critical reading score

PS, the cynical side of me is recommends that you talk about your Turkish background and culture and how that makes you different, as Brown loves diversity.
