Typo?

I just checked the status of my application, and it says that my personal statement was received on Jan 11, 2008. Was this the date they processed it, so it reflects that day? Or is it a typo (I sent it electronically on Jan 1, 2008). Does anyone else's personal statement say that it was received at a date later than when they sent it in?

Thanks

Mine says received on Jan 9th and I sent it in on the 31st of December. I think its just because they got a lot of applications in at the same time and were not able to process them all on the first. You're fine...dont worry

I'm not sure if I correctly understand what you mean, but isn't it natural that they receive it on a later date than the date you sent it in? How should they possibly receive it before???

since it was sent electronically, the thought is that the computer on their end will record the exact date, time, etc you sent it. i was just worried that when someone transferred it over to another database (or however it works- i don't know), they made a typo. but that wasn't the case.
