Hahahahaha!!! This makes my day. Many romances have started over little kittens. It works.
I really miss my cats sometimes. Yes, PARL (the Providence Animal Rescue League) will let you just go and play with the cats. Or you can sign up to be a volunteer there. The Brown Med/Downcity shuttle gets you pretty close.
