What do you think my chances are for admission at brown? My essay will be great also...thanks - all feedback is appreciated

Low SAT might be problematic. But it is just the math score which is poor so it tells them you are smart, but not very strong in math/science (indicated by classes, SAT IIs and letter of rec. choices?). If the essays were good, and you conveyed your strengths and why you like history/english, you probably have a good chance. Kinda late to be asking though...

ya exactly...i'm definitely more english-minded and i think that translates in my Ec's and all of my stuff - but yes, my essay will be great and i intend to major in philosophy so hopefully they won't be too concerned about the 620 in math and focus on my high scores.

--i'm a junior so i have some time. But anyway, would you advise that i take the SAT again to try to up the math score or do you think it's a waste of time? Also, how are my EC's??
