hey guys i need some answers

umm just a few questions..
1 what/how will the 'open curriculum' of brown help me general?
2 what are the points in their admission process that they look for most?
3 can excellent e.c. w/high sat scores (2250) and essays and experience some sort on overcoming an adversity in my life ever make up for a really low gpa?

thanks

1.) Search the forum.

2.) Just be yourself, do well in school, get good test scores (>95th percentile), get a job, be a leader, have hobbies and ECs, etc. If you try to play the college admissions system, more often than not, you will lose.

3.) It depends on how low your GPA is. Lastly, have your GC mention the adversity.
