Here are the barebones
Class of 2009
Californian
Asian Male
GPA UW: 3.5ish
GPA W: 4.3 ish

SAT Regular: 2230, 1520 (m+v)
SAT Superscore: 2280, 1570

SAT2: 750 Bio, 760 lit 800 IIC math

EC: I have other stuff, but these are my main ones

VERY actively involved in national circuit LD debate; extremely dedicated to the task and its effects

CEO and founder of a non-profit corporation to help teach kids of any economical background how to debate

Helps poor kids at a local elementary school academically

My grandpa, who raised me when I was little, died my soph year and caused my grades to deteriorate (2 Cs)

350+ Community service hours

No way to predict chances. You have just as good a shot as any other applicant. If you truly love the school, apply ED and it will increase your chances a bit. If you stick around for tomorrow, you will see some people who were accepted and rejected and they will post stats. You will find equally capable students that get rejected and accepted and there is no formula for admissions...its all subjective.

The honest answer is that you are a qualified candidate, but the other twenty thousand people applying will also be qualified candidates. It's not random, but at the elite schools, nobody can deliberately predict the decision with any form of accuracy.
