Cannot find my user name

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem. The line the Brown FAQ directed me to call has been busy since 2:00 (not surprisingly). Does anyone know an alternative way I can find out my user name? thanks.

First Name: Max
Middle Name: Peter
Last Name: Smith

if its the same as for me, your username would in this case be mpsmith

was the password assigned or was it chosen by applicants, cause i cant remember?

It was chosen by applicants (I guess you were assigned one, but you could definitely change it sometime).
