OMFG Just got a call from my regional rep saying I AM IN!

She said the letters were sent out today, and she was calling because you have until a week from today to respond and she wanted to give me extra time to think about it. LIKE I NEED IT! Holy crap I AM GOING TO BROWN!!!

Good luck to everyone else! Keep me updated!

Congrats SpicyChipmunk! That is awesome! I wish you the best of luck! Just wondering but are you international? Do you think that everyone would get a phone call to say you are accepted or do you think that some might only receive a letter? Congrats again!

Yeah, I'm wondering about the 'call' business too....why would they bother calling people? Added stress!?

Congrats Artista3!!! CatchAFallinStar, it does look that way, unless there is some reason they would only call some people and not others. However, I cannot yet think of what that reason might be.

No, I'm from NH.

Just to give you all hope, I am pretty much your typical white, male bio major. The reason the woman said she called was because the letters were sent out today, and the deadline to reply is a week from today and she wanted me to have as much time to think about it as possible. Not sure if this was typical procedure or not.

My rep called sometime during the day. My mom gets home around 1, and she called my cell and told me that someone from Brown had left a message for me and wanted me to call them back. So I called and got the good news

Congrats Artista3, and good luck again to everyone else! Don't give up hope, it sounds like they will be doing this a couple more times.
