I won't do it because I am not going to curse myself (I feel as though the more I talk here, the more and more I get attached already) but once the acceptances start rolling in, someone should really start a Facebook group. I remember seeing them last year for various schools when people from my school got in ED.

There are already like 3 2013 Facebook groups. I kid you not.

in my opinion the people that make facebook groups before they even get accepted somewhere are just too cocky. what if they get rejected? they'll just leave it?

I think those facebook groups were made for last year's incoming freshmen - like if they're doing a five-year program/something of that nature.

1 day, 17 hours, 31 minutes and 8 seconds. It's getting so close.. Customized counter this countdown is really quite spiffy

EDIT: Oops, sorry, somehow I only saw a couple of 2013 groups and two were for Northeastern's freshmen for 08-09. Wow, there are a bunch of ones for '09 freshmen! Okay, I rescind my above statement.

Last edited by asfh09; 12-09-2008 at 11:39 PM. Reason: because I felt like using the word 'rescind' in a sentence

this is gonna sound weird, but the facebook groups are insane. if you look at various 2013 groups for a bunch of colleges, they have the same members! like there are a lot of members that are in like 8723693096 different 2013 groups. i think the groups with them are there for product advertisements and stuff. they'll prob wait until a bunch of ppl join, then flood the group with ads...
lol

Wait can we do what Stanford CCers did and just make a group for those eagerly anticipating ED results? Lol. Which includes me. Even though I'm not ED.

Theirs is called "CC SR," which is unassuming and what not. Iunno what it stands forrr.

We should make one called "CC BA" like "CC Brown Anticipators" SLASH "CC BADASSES"!

hey guys -- all us on the penn threads wish you good luck. we're freaking out about this countdown deal, too, and we want our acceptance as you do yours, so we know your pain/fear/anticipation/anxiety/misery/etc.

whatever though. good luck crew.
