That's weird, what I see in the viewbook isn't on the list! I guess what was in the viewbook isn't a list of majors then, but now I don't know what kind of list it is...

see on the microbiology home page it says the offer undergrad and grad programs but only grad programs are listed so I was confused.

There is no specific Microbio concentration. However, you certainly can focus on microbio within the biology concentration.

Program in AB/ScB Biology

Microbiology, is in fact, listed as a thematic cluster to take as part of a biology Sc.B.
