Your GPA is low for Bryn Mawr and your test scores so far don't make up for that. You might have some convincing to do that you can handle the rigor of a Bryn Mawr education and that you would contribute to the campus environment inside or outside of the classroom.
That being said, Bryn Mawr seems to be very interested in prospective science majors and that could work in your favor. If your transcript and test scores support that strategy, your application could highlight a passion for sciences over and over and over again. The most important aspect of your application besides your transcript are your letters of recommendation. Since you don't seem to be much of a leader outside of the classroom, make sure your letters testify to how much of an asset you are inside.
You might also take advantage of the new test-flexible admission policy. For example, you can completely replace SAT and ACT scores with SAT II or AP scores. You would need one non-science SAT II (French? history?) and then you can submit two math and science SAT II or AP scores. I am suggesting that because math and sciences seem to be your strong areas.
