Animal behavior program

Anyone involved in this program willing to comment on the strengths of this program, what the work load is like, etc?

okay--about the sciences in general. Specifically, how are the intro science/ math courses?

minoafrau, sorry to see there have been no responses to your post. My daughter is also quite interested in this program. It seems to address this niche (animal behavior) better than most other Bio programs. I'm wondering what else you may have found out about this program in the last 3 months (from more cooperative sources!).

My child is a bio major but from what she has said the science/math courses have been very straight forward, fun and comprehensive with hands-on professors in class and the labs. The animal science program at Bucknell seems to be very neuropsych oriented which may be what you like. If you are looking for more agricultural related animal science other schools might be better for that. Look at the courses and requirements at each school you look at and compare with what interests you the most. Research opportunities in the animal science area seem plentiful at Bucknell.
