Admitted Students Open House

Who's going to the admitted student day open house on the 18th?

I think I might be going. I just have to double check my schedule.

So, the big day's over! What did you all think? I liked mooching off all the free stuff. *wasn't able to go to admit day last year*

P.S. If you happened to see a crazy Asian girl playing DDR by the gaming table at the activities fair, that was probably me. =D

The weather was very misleading. 80% of the time, it's wet and nasty.

Oh, that's not fair. Once it gets to this time of year, it's gorgeous 95% of the time. And it only rains on important days at Bucknell, so the rest of the time we're golden, right?

Admit Day Pre-Med Briefing

For my S was worth the entire trip. Really sketched out what it takes to get admitted to med school from Bucknell or from undergraduate programs in general. My S and I met Pres. Mitchell who spoke to him for 10 minutes or so, mostly about what my S wanted to do in life and how he expected to get there, subtle plug for BU and then wished him well in his selection.

My S subsequently chose Bucknell and feels very good about his choice.
