Where would Emory U of Washington Tulane and University of Florida rank?

The ranking someone posted on the first page is very good and if the school you are looking for is not in it, it probably doesn't fit "in" it, but after it (make a tier VI and so on). Keep in mind that just about every university offers economics, so those 25 are only the top fraction of the top percentile of econ programs, so it's not exactly something you can expect to just fit other schools into.
