I go to West Chester University in PA. I am double majoring in Accounting and Finance. The school has a 4 year degree and 5 year degree. I believe that the 5 year is just a Bachelors and not an integrated MAcc program. The five year degree with still set me up to be able to take the CPA exam but I am wondering if I should just do the 4 year degree since either way I will be receiving a Bachelors and then try to get into a 1 year MAcc program or should I just stick with the 5 year. Also I am a transfer student so I am already going into my junior year. Thank you for anyones opinions.

I'd go for 4 years. I'm graduating in 3 years, a transfer student as well. It's not about the time, it's about what you do and learn. If you can learn all that you need for your masters program in the time that you have left, I can't imagine why you would need a reason to stay other than to waste time, money, and take a few electives.
Go for the 4 years...it looks better and is kind of expected anyway.

I just graduated with a BBA and am starting my MAcc this fall. If you're interested in public accounting, here's my advice:

Most Big 4 recruiters don't care about your MAcc degree. You will probably get an internship after your junior or senior year based on undergraduate performance and a full-time offer before you start your fifth-year/MAcc. Most employers only care that you've earned 150 credits and that you're eligible to sit for the CPA exam; They don't care how you got there.
