Exactly, its about the quality of the school, not how tough it is to get into.

Private schools are almost guarunteed to do better because oof their competetiveness, but honestly they are most probably harder to get into. Besides the top publics like Uc-berkeley, Umich, UVA and UCLA and such there aren't many really good publics.

This ranking is a scam. MBA placement indicates how good the programs were 10 years ago, not today. Also, it favors larger programs.

lol at byu at 8 (I bet the mormons made this ranking).
lol at indiana at 10.
lol at cmu only at 16.

I am not very surprised bu USC and Illinois...but I am by Cal. I think the USNWR ranks it too high, but it is still a top 10 Business school.
