sorry to interrupt ur guys argument, but i have just one more question, do jobs in quantative analysis demand 80-100 hour weeks as well?

I am going to have to disagree with this statement. You will not get into auditing with a finance degree. If you go out of your way to take the additional classes (intermediate accounting being the main focus) then yes you would be correct, but that is hardly a requirement that a normal finance major has to complete
