Getting in Big Four and being a stud at Big Four are two different things. You can always lie your way into the firm with amazing interview skills. You just have to make a good impression during those important times. Also for those who do not like team work as much, try going to the tax department. Audit is heavily team orientated. Also if you don't have all that leadership ******** clubs etc. You should make up with it with good work experience.

No, but do whats best for your future. Just remember tax is a very specialized field and the knowledge does not transfer as well as auditing.
