Anthropology Major?

I am planning to major in Anthropology in the fall, with the long-term goal of eventually going to one of the big name business schools to get my MBA. I would like to go into Marketing. I know that it is not the most lucrative major, but it really interests me. I have read through quite a few topics and most people suggest to get at least 2 years of work experience before attempting to get an MBA.

What sort of business related job aspects are out there for Anthropology majors? It was suggested to me to minor/double major in Marketing undergrad too. Would this be beneficial?

Also, I will be attending FSU. Will this hurt my chances of getting into a top school?

Let's put it this way. Even if anthropology is not as lucrative as economics or engineering, you'll go further in life doing something you like than something you don't. You may not be earning millions, but you might just end up being so good at anthropology that you give up the idea of doing an MBA and instead, you'll get a PhD and make your mark in anthro research and publications.
