| What is Chicago <the city> known for? Now i know that New York City is the hub for investment banking and financial advising, but what's Chicago mainly known for? I'm going to a school close to Chicago and would like to get an internships during summer, but I'd still like to know the gist of what Chicago is all about.
Thanks! |

| Yes, but there is a big plant there. Where do you think the Tauruses are made? Chicago! I believe. I don't think it's known for anything in particular, but realize that Chicago is one of the three big financial centers with New York and San Francisco. |

Personally, I think Chicago is basically just New York but much cleaner and nicer. |

| Architecture. I know UChicago is known for economics, particularly theoretical economics, so maybe that may also play a roll, since a lot of the UChicago kids would also want internships and jobs nearby.
Oh and prostitution + drug abuse, but that goes without saying. |

| San Fran is not a top 3. NYC, Toronto and Chicago are the top 3 by a large margin. |
