Experience with using a Mac in Biz school

Does anyone have any experience with using a Mac in their business school and if they had any problems reguarding compadabilty. I am not familiar with what kind of software business majors use and if they would work on a Macbook Pro. I am posting this in the business section because I thought I would get better answers by targeting people already in business schools. I'm going to Penn State (Smeal) by the way. Thanks for the input!

I'm using a Mac Book Pro right now, I don't really need to switch to windows. If you do then just dual boot both operating systems using BootCamp.

Office is primary, but you also may need some Stats packages that only run in windows. I think its much easier with windows, but I know people get by with Macs not too badly.
