Liberal Arts Colleges

What kind of recruitment opportunities do students at top notch liberal arts colleges have? I know that schools such as Williams College, Amherst, and Swarthmore are great schools but I am curious to see what kind of opportunities students have after graduation. Are these schools viewed postitively in the business world?

Williams and Amherst are target schools, and Swarthmore does relatively well from what I know. Pomona, Claremont-McKenna and Harvey Mudd do very well on the West Coast. Colby and Bates don't exactly benefit from being in Maine, but I suspect they're given about as many opportunities as most other pretty good schools. Vassar benefits from being in NY, but they're more artsy than Williams and Amherst and aren't targeted as much as those two. Supposedly Hamilton econ is rough but they do well, and I've never heard of Wesleyan having recruiting problems.
