business administration/international business

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forums and I need some answers/advice.
Do I need to take a course in business administration for international business?
If not what is the difference between international business and business administration going into a more concentrated area later on in International business? I have plans to move to japan and work for a company. I'm currently studying Japaneses. I already speak English and Spanish.

Though I am not sure if international business is right for me since it focuses on all countries does it not? I figure it would be best if I work for
a Japaneses company here in the states then transfer. What are your thoughts/advice?
