PhD in Accounting

I was wondering if anyone could give light to the admissions requirements at the top PhD programs in accounting. I am interested in HBS, Wharton, Columbia, Chicago, as wel any suggested schools. Would like to know typical GMAT, GPA, Work esp. for these programs.

If you look in the business section (under college majors) of this forum you'll see a recent thread on this topic with some good info.
