Does this automatically mean rejection?

I'm a student who has been admitted into Pomona, but right now i have D- in Calculus BC. Everything else is fine on my transcript, A/B but for some reason I've struggled greatly with this class. Will this hold me back from being able to attend in the Fall? Thanks..

My senior, I had two Cs.. so you should be ok, the admission process at Cal Poly was pretty straight forward. Once you are admitted you are mostly in. But if you want to be sure, confirm with the Admission office.
