Business admin. requirements necessary?

So according to this page: Transfer Selection Criteria -Admissions- Cal Poly.

A transfer student is required to complete the classes in bold. (Accounting, Econ, Stats, Calc, speech, critical thinking, and english composition.)

Does that mean that you WILL NOT be accepted unless you have completed all seven of these requirements?

I have a 3.7 gpa and by spring 2010 I will have completed all of those except bus. calculus. So am I screwed for fall '10? Has anyone been accepted without completing all of these "requirements"? Hellppppp!
