App in - CHANCES!! go go go

so im abouto submit my app

in state - CA
LA area

applying for business

"Cal state A-G weighted" gpa 3.45

couple honors and AP courses, nothing super rigorous, but i have lots of challenging courses

2010 SAT (1400 / 1600 (M + CR)

Good ECs (which they dont look at haha)

i know its a hard year this year, especially for bus and engineering, but what are my chances haha??

Your SAT score is good. Gpa is a little low, I think, but hopefully the SAT score makes up for it. I am in a similar situation. I applied also (but to engineering...) with a 3.57 gpa and a 28 ACT. Good luck to you...hope you get accepted!!

Hey!

I also have a 3.45 27 act but I applied into biology.

1400 (CR+M) pretty darn good if you ask me.lol

haha thanks both of you. yeah im hoping my SAT can put me in. thankss!! im applying RD too. was considering ED cus its among my top choices, but i dont think so just in case i got really good money to a private or got accepted to like USC or something.

anyways thanks, any more chances?

also, because of the budget cuts and stuff, how much harder is it going to be this year. -_-.. and would it be overcrowded and a halt of construction and stuff..???? how are the budget cuts affecting slo??

and any more indepth chances haha??

Ah, Dcolb. I applied to engineering with similar stats. Same GPA but a 2000 SAT, 27 ACT.

Engineering is a really competitive major your gpa is quite low for it, but i still think you have a solid chance especially with a 1400 on the SATs
