Yes sir, I applied early decision to civil engineering with a 3.59W 1370 M+CR, decent work xp and extra-curriculars.

9-11 gpa 4.0
10-11 gpa 4.08
Act: 27 and sat 1270
I do tons of e.c. But none with my major

Indeed, however I don't think you guys are going to be needing too much luck .
Does anyone know the difficulty of getting into software engineering? I heard there were only 20 or so last year.
