Questions about some factors

My friend had a couple questions:
a. I am taking the SAT 2 subject tests this november. I applied early. Is it too late to send them in?
b. does Cal Poly consider how competitive the high school is ( does the API score have any significance?)
c. I am not white. Would that hurt or help my application?

a) Cal Poly doesn't use the SAT 2 scores in its decision
b) API score doesn't matter for admissions
c) race doesn't matter for admissions

a) Again, SAT 2 tests are not required for Cal State schools, only UC's.
b) it doesn't matter how competitive your high school was
c) race does not matter since affirmative action is illegal in California
