Here's a link to MCSWE programs in California. Neither Cal Poly school offers a social work major, which isn't too surprising because those schools are more oriented to the sciences and engineering. However, there are several Cal States that offer a BSW that you can get into with less-than-perfect grades and test scores. As far as UCs go, UC Berkeley has a social work major. However, it is very difficult to get into (you'll need high grades and scores), and it is not CSWE accredited.
