UC CSU chances

Female, Classified as asian but generally decline to state

Intended Major: Political Science or Pre-Law(if offered)

From a small low budget rural high school that hasn't had a student accepted into an Ivy in 7 years...

GPA: 3.2 out of possible 4.1
ranked 14 out of 102

SAT: 1980
SAT Subject: English 710, USHistory 650

ACT: 29

AP English:4 (only AP offered)

Extracurriculars:
Varsity Tennis 4 years
Varsity Soccer 2 years
CSF 2 years
Spanish Honors 1 year
Junior Class Vice President
ASB Club Coordinator
Key Club 4 years (club treasurer and division LTG)
150+ hours of community service

volunteer @ local religious centers and a retirement facility.

I know the outlook's pretty bleak but I would appreciate any comments that would help me get a general feel for what kind of places I should look into.
thanks(:

i think you have a good shot at all the UCs besides SD, LA and Berkeley.
As far as CSUs go , you should be fine. I know people with stats that aren't as great as yours who were successful.
