Need more information

The information you supplied doesn't say all that much. While your SAT scores are perfect, that isn't too far above average. Additionally, having perfect scores on the SAT II subject tests is not uncommon. The things that matter most for the admissions decision (since your test scores are fine) are your extracurricular activities. Even if they aren't all that special, its how you pursue them and the passion for learning that you show through them that makes them significant.

Best of luck to you.

What sort of stuff have you done to show your passion for math and science?

A perfect SAT is not a guarantee of admission to Caltech or any top university.

Yes, you really want Caltech (CIT is not used much, the school is usually known as Caltech), but so do so many others. If you want to know what it takes to get into Caltech, read these two threads

For anyone wanting to know their 'chances' of getting into Caltech

Weird, you had a gpa of 3.86, different subject tests, and different AP tests w/ scores on a post about 5 days before this one.
