how many in class of 2012 turned down Caltech for another school?

Now that April 15/20th passed, does any one know the yield for Caltech 2008 class? Is the college going to publish it soon? I hope so.

The postmark deadline for replies is May 1st, not April 15th or 20th. The waitlist deadline is earlier so that they have it compiled by the time they need it (shortly after May 1st).

How many of you will give up Caltech for another school? What is your choice then? What is the motivating reason for your choice?

Colleges don't publish the waitlist acceptance rate, but they should publish the yield at least. I guess wes have to wait after May 1st when they receive all the acceptances. Let's see

No official word from any college would come until after May 1st, the national reply date per NACAC rules.

Caltech's yield this year...

Well May 1st is around the corner and I'm sure people must have decided which university they are going to.
I'm waitlisted at Caltech and I'm just curious how the yield is looking...so if you guys are not planning to enroll in Caltech, feel free to post the university you're turning down Caltech for...and maybe a reason for doing so
Thanks

Alas! lalaloo, you are mistaken. Caltech has more Options. MIT has majors...or is it Courses? :P but yes, congrats.
