Maximum income that can still qualify for financial aid?

My family's income is definitely in the high range, but the tuition is still a pretty big burden. We're hoping to get maybe 20-25% of the whole cost in financial aid, so what would be the maximum income bracket to receive a significant amount like this?

Any info would help! Thanks : D
